Letty Coppel Foundation supports children with different abilities and cancer woman

As each month is done, the foundation is providing economical donations to children in need and women and children in cancer situation, with the intention to help them to continue their medical treatment, therapies or to get other items they need and find difficult to get because they come from low resources families, they all thanked the foundation for this significative support they received.

Letty Coppel Foundation in coordination with different civil associations and members of the Life Luxe Jazz event, carried out a health campaign.

This health campaign was carried out just in front of the health center at the Gastelum community in Cabo San Lucas, in which different medical services were offered totally free, children and hundreds of families were benefited through various medical check-ups. They thanked the volunteer doctors and all the people who made this health campaign possible, with the intention of giving a service to all the families.

 

 

 

 

Letty Coppel Foundation donates diapers to children with disabilities and seniors

We deliver diapers to children with different disabilities and to older adults in Cabo San Lucas neighborhoods. The articles were delivered personally to each family, being these basic for their personal hygiene. They thanked Letty Coppel Foundation for this support.

Letty Coppel Foundation conducts talks on breast cancer.

As every year, the Foundation held conferences on prevention and early detection of breast cancer, in different hotels of the Pueblo Bonito Group, aimed at its employees. This disease does have a cure if detected early, the doctors said, who taught the steps to follow for a self-examination. They also reported the consequences of the disease. At the end of the conference a pink ribbon was made, making health care awareness.

3rd Cerebral Palsy Day Celebration

Letty Coppel Foundation celebrated one year more the 3rd Cerebral Palsy day to commemorate and support children and teenagers suffering this disease. Families, athletes and people in general gathered to start the walk in company with their children and teenagers, the foundation thanked the sponsors and all the involved people that made this celebration possible, as well as communication media and volunteers, without their support this event would not be possible.

Letty Coppel Foundation Supports the Elder

Elder people are also supported by Letty Coppel Foundation, every month they are beneficiated with pantry food. Different communities around Cabo San Lucas received this support, with the intention for them to feel cared and are very important in society as the main parts of the family, they all thanked the foundation for this noble labor, that is intended to be done for a long term.

Letty Coppel Foundation in coordination with the “Ciclovía Recreativa” commemorated the Cerebral Palsy World Day

Hundreds of children accompanied by their families punctually attended to participate in this walk in commemoration of children with cerebral palsy. The event´s slogan was “By the hand with them”. At 8:00 am the march began, and the families toured part of the marina. Subsequently, awards were granted for distinct categories and culminated in a very symbolic event that thanked families and society for their care and dedication to these children.

Supporting Sinaloa

Pantry Packages and basic health and care articles were donated to the affected population, Letty Coppel Foundation in company with DIF Mazatlan, food basics, first aid kits and other personal care products were gathered, in order to support affected communities by storms and rains along the state of Sinaloa. We are united for Sinaloa.

Letty Coppel Foundation conducts Self-employment workshops for women.

Various self-employment courses and workshops are taught, such as: bows making, costume jewelry, crafts and piñatas. The classes are held in the María Esparza Escobedo Park, the intention of these workshops is for women to learn basic techniques of various trades. In this way they can sell their items and generate income to help with the expenses of their homes.
